The field of study management enables to acquire knowledge necessary to run one’s own business, effectively manage an enterprise and be responsible inside and outside their working environment. Graduates are prepared to carry out the basic functions of process management in economic, administrative or public safety organizations. Some specializations of this major are also conducted with English as the language of instruction.

The Master of Management studies are designed to meet the global market demand for qualified leaders with a broad range of business skills, knowledge of analytical tools and the ability to apply them in a changing business environment.

 

We offer:

 

- Full-time studies (from Monday to Friday)

 

During the two years of study, students gain practical experience and acquire practical skills that are necessary to launch a rewarding international career. Students also learn how to navigate cultural differences, legal systems, political environments, and economic factors that influence global business operations. The Master of Management focuses on key business-related topics such as leadership, marketing, management, international finance, global supply chain management, entrepreneurship, international law and human resource management. The curriculum emphasizes the development of skills which anticipate and respond to the unique dynamics of international markets.

Міжнародний університет логістики і транспорту у Вроцлаві вже багато років сприймається на національному та міжнародному рівнях як провідний університет логістики.

 

У 2022 році в результаті оцінки наукової діяльності Університет отримав від Міністерства науки і освіти, наукову категорію B+, яка дозволяє присуджувати докторські та постдокторські ступені за заочною формою, та створювати нові напрямки навчання в галузі “Nauki o zarządzaniu i jakości”.

 

Для того, щоб задовольнити ваші очікування та потреби у підвищенні наукової кваліфікації, ми пропонуємо можливість відкриття докторантури та постдокторантури (детальна інформація міститься в документі Порядок присудження наукових ступенів у Міжнародному університеті логістики і транспорту у Вроцлаві та в Документах для завантаження).

 

Університет, а від його імені - Рада з наукових дисциплін, забезпечить прозорість процесу подання заявок на здобуття наукових ступенів.

 

З метою підготовки до наукової діяльності та докторської дисертації, Університет пропонує чотирьох семестрову заочну докторантуру, під час якої учасники вивчатимуть методологію проведення наукових досліджень та теорію і практику менеджменту та якості, відповідно до обраної спеціалізації менеджера з логістики або менеджера з транспорту. Складання іспитів з вищезазначених предметів буде зараховано в нашому університеті в докторантурі. Семінаріум призначений для кандидатів на здобуття докторського ступеня, які мають другу вищу освіту, а також для студентів, які здобувають другу вищу освіту.

Students will acquire specialist knowledge in the field of logistics systems optimization in production and industrial companies, as well as skills that will enable them to manage, control quality and optimize production.

The courses allow students to acquire knowledge required to design and manage logistics and production systems as far as technology, economy, organization and knowledge of society are concerned. These studies also focus on practical skills that combine technological, economic, and organizational aspects of production logistics. Moreover, the courses allow to educate professionals who are prepared to perform managerial tasks in research projects dedicated to industrial development. The curriculum has been adjusted to teaching standards at the University of Lorraine.

Career Prospects

Graduates of master studies are prepared to work for:

  • international and domestic enterprises involved in organizing selected industrial systems,
  • international and domestic enterprises in the field of production, innovative projects, systems of exploitation of machinery and equipment management,
  • international and domestic enterprises involved in modernization of existing industrial and manufacturing systems,

Description of the specialisation

The Transport Safety specialisation meets the needs of ensuring a high level of safety in dynamically developing transport systems, and the growing demand for educated transport and forwarding specialists. Students gain knowledge about transport systems, and their functioning on the Polish and international market in the context of ensuring broadly understood safety.

 

As part of the specialisation, students will also find out how to manage modern transport, what actions should be taken in order to increase its level of safety, and how to conduct security analyzes, and how to ensure its high level. They will become familiar with modern tools for managing transport processes in the context of security.
